Spa Policy

Please Read:

Before your wax please make sure your hair is as long as a grain of rice in order for all of the hair to successfully get out. For my clients transitioning from shaving and this is their first time getting a Brazilian I recommend having at least 2 weeks of growth for best results. Also, exfoliating the area you’ll be getting waxed the night before your appointment is key!! This helps prep the skin for your wax by getting rid of the dead skin and allowing shorter/ingrown hairs to get picked up by the wax easier.

Disclaimer

If you are on any acne medication like Accutane or Retin-A you won’t be able to get waxed until you’ve been off of those medications for at least two weeks.

  • Shaving in-between visits are not recommended and may cause ingrown hairs/breakouts.

  • A valid debit/credit card will be needed to secure your appointment. It will not be charged. However, if you no show, your card will be charged 50% of the total service cost. (For example, if you no show for a vagacial - $125, your card will be charged $62.50) . No shows also include cancellations less than 2 hours before your appointment. If the card you put on file comes up as "insufficient funds" when I attempt to charge any fees, you will be blocked from booking with us indefinitely.

No Show/ Cancellation Policy:

You have a 10 MINUTE grace period after that, your appointment will be canceled.

If you’re running late or would like to reschedule, please send a text so we can accommodate you at a better time or date.

If you want to cancel/reschedule your appointment you must do so at least 2 hours before your appointment.

***After 2 no call, no shows you will be blocked from making any appointments on the booking site. ***
